All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kinsshop.shop with clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
In such cases, no return of the defective item will be required unless otherwise requested.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or color, please place a new order.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply as our store operates under a no-returns, no-refunds policy, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, a full refund will be issued after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (defective/damaged/wrong items only) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
